Heart & Hands Home Care ~ COVID-19

At Heart & Hands Home Care we are focused on maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring that our nurses and client/family members have been tested Negative for COVID-19 prior to care.

All clients will be screened over the phone prior to in-person visits and all care providers will complete self-monitoring practices on an ongoing basis.

In addition, we are providing our clients and caregivers with the necessary PPE needed during this outbreak which include: Gloves, masks, face shields, disinfectant wipes, and hand sanitizer.
